I had a fantastic experience when buying my Audi. Ryan helped me out throughout the multiple times I was in and he made everything so easy. This was the first time I had bought a car from CarMax and I doubt it will be the last. They shipped the car to my local store for free and then I had a 24-hour test drive which was really helpful. Once I came back to finalize the purchase I think I was out of there in under 60 minutes. The vehicle was in amazing shape - they seem to only stock well spec’d, good shape cars and they make sure all maintenance is up to date before it’s sold. Thanks Ryan!!
Les, the gentleman who handled my sale was super nice to work with. The process of selling a car, from the start to end was simple. CarMax gave me the best offer for the car and it was a fair one. I expected them to bring it down from the online offer, once I was there, but there was no haggling, they kept to their offer. Overall a really great experience with CarMax.
Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Their virtual team wowed us every step of the way and ultimately sealed the deal with us getting a new Jeep Wrangler.
PS this is our second car we have purchased through Carmax and each time we have been very happy with the experience.
The salesman we dealt with was great, but other then that not a good experience. We never received the license plate stickers we were told they would be mailed, phone calls trying to get answers is impossible (nobody seems to know what's going on), the low tire pressure light was on and I don't know if an oil change was preformed on my vehicle because these isn't a window sticker and the indicator reads 24% oil life. Also, the truck broke down 3 days after picking it up and when I called to have it towed, Carmax was closed do to a power outage (not really there fault but the truck was sitting on private property and needed to be towed immediately). Also, the truck came without an owners manual which I was told to purchase one on-line and they would reimburse me for the cost, which is an inconvenience to me and lazy by the dealership. Unfortunately, this will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Carmax.
Braydon was absolutely amazing! Not only was he a pleasure to chat with, he was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He made the experience a breeze. The online quote was accurate and I was in and out in about an hour. Could have probably been less but I was not in a hurry so we spent some time conversing.
Boy my experience with Carmax was Amazing. My daughter got 2 cars and my BFF got one. So I had to see what the buzz was about when it came to getting a new car, and boy was I satisfied. She did so great, smiling and cheery! I will never purchase a car from any other dealer. CarMax has gained a new customer for life! I’ll be back next summer when this one is paid off! I love the no turmoil shopping in Carmax, I would suggest looking online for a specific car before going. If you just want to browse, they have a wide selection and the no haggling is a plus in my eyes, they ask for X and that is what you pay, works great for me.
